hubbardton-forge-dahlia-2-light-33-inch-semi-flush-mount-124352
Dahlia 2-Light 33" Semi-Flush Mount

Big petals of forged steel fan around an opal glass bowl on this oversized semi-flush, giving a ceiling the drama of a chandelier without the drop. The look is transitional and a little botanical, and nine finishes let you lean it warm with Soft Gold or Oil Rubbed Bronze, or quieter with Sterling and Vintage Platinum.

Close to 33 inches across and just under 14 inches high, it is scaled for a living room, a primary bedroom or a wide entry where a standard flush mount would look undersized. Ceilings of 8 to 9 feet suit it best, and the broad spread of petals fills the visual gap a low ceiling usually leaves.

Two medium-base sockets accept A19 bulbs up to 100 watts each, so it can carry a whole room on its own, while the opal bowl keeps the glare down. The damp rating allows a large bath, and the 5.5-inch canopy keeps the mounting tidy. Every piece is made to order in Vermont.

Designer tip: Center it in the room rather than over furniture so the petal pattern reads evenly on all sides.

Handcrafted in the USA by Modern American Blacksmiths. Hubbardton Forge has designed and built its lighting in Vermont since 1974. Every fixture is made to order by hand: artisans heat steel in forges that reach 2,000°F, then bend and shape it before finishing, all under one roof in Castleton, Vermont, using metal, glass, wood and other parts from local and regional suppliers.

Lead time: Because each piece is made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks before your fixture ships.
