It is easy to place in contemporary and transitional kitchens, and nine finishes are offered.

About 6 inches wide, it is sized for groupings over an island, a peninsula or a bar, or for a single pendant over a kitchen sink. The stem kit, with three 12-inch, one 6-inch and one 3-inch stem, sets the overall height from 10 to 55 inches.

A medium-base socket accepts an A19 bulb up to 100 watts. The open bottom sends light down onto the counter, while the opal glass glows around it. The canopy adapts to a 45-degree slope, and the damp rating allows a bath. It is made to order in Vermont.

Designer tip: Space pendants about 24 inches apart over an island.

Handcrafted in the USA by Modern American Blacksmiths. Hubbardton Forge has designed and built its lighting in Vermont since 1974.
