It keeps the collection's Craftsman bands but leans more contemporary at this scale. Six Coastal finishes are available, from Coastal Burnished Steel to Coastal Natural Iron.

At nearly 11 inches wide, it belongs on large facades: two-story entries, double doors and oversized garages. A single fixture on one side of a wide door can do the job of a pair.

Its medium base socket takes a B-shape bulb up to 60 watts, and the cap keeps the light from spilling upward. The sconce is direct wire and wet rated, with Coastal finishes for coastal homes. It weighs about 16 pounds and is made to order in Vermont.

Designer tip: Use a warm 2700K bulb to keep the seeded glass looking amber at night.

Handcrafted in the USA by Modern American Blacksmiths. Hubbardton Forge has designed and built its lighting in Vermont since 1974.
