Each panel glows from the built-in LED, so the piece reads like a crown of frosted ice. It is contemporary and dramatic, with nine finishes such as Sterling, Soft Gold, Black and Modern Brass.

At 38 inches across, it is a focal piece for a great room, a two-story foyer or a large dining room. The cable adjusts from 25 to 100 inches overall, which suits tall and vaulted ceilings, and it adapts to slopes up to 45 degrees.

The integrated LED, included, produces about 2030 lumens at 3000K with a 90 CRI, and it dims on ELV, triac and 0-10V controls. There are no bulbs to buy. At about 71 pounds it must be fixed to a joist or beam.
