It lets one run of tape split into three directions, which makes it easier to follow the shape of cabinets, shelves or coves.

Use it where a tape run needs to branch, such as at the corner of an L-shaped kitchen, under a cabinet that meets an open shelf, or inside a built-in with lit shelves on several levels. It measures about 3.2 inches across and only 0.25 inch tall, so it hides easily under a cabinet or behind a trim strip.

The connector is rated for damp locations and carries an ETL listing. Check that the tape sections you plan to join are from the same Hide-A-Lite tape series before ordering.

Designer tip: Sketch your cabinet layout and mark every split and corner first, so you order the right number of connectors in one go.

https://www.lampsexpo.com/products/progress-lighting-hide-a-lite-v-tape-light-y-shape-connector-p700017
