We may ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada for an additional charge.
Very large or heavy items must be shipped to you via common carrier (truck) which usually takes 2-3 weeks average shipping lead time; these items are identified at the time of purchase. (see Shipping Charges section for freight charges).
Whenever practical, we ship all the items together. However, if the ordered fixtures are from different manufacturers, your orders will be shipping from different locations and may not arrive together. We do not charge extra for split shipments.
Some items may be delayed due to manufacturer constraints (i.e. parts are backordered for an item for assembly). In such cases, we will have our sales associate contact you as soon as we confirm estimated ship dates. Upon notification, you may modify your order, or cancel your order and get a refund on items that have not shipped.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped. Please save these e-mails for your records.
All sales result in a shipment contract (FOB seller or manufacturers place of business). Sellers delivery obligations are fulfilled at the time goods are tendered to UPS, Fed Ex, Freight, or common carrier for delivery to buyer.
Seller reserves the right to require signature upon delivery .
We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Regular Ground Shipping is FREE on the orders of over $99 worth of qualified items shipped to the contiguous 48 states.
Orders under $99 will be charged a $15-$25 Shipping & Handling Fee.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or and Canada will have additional shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all duties, customs, and clearance fees, if applicable. Please contact our customer service associates by email or phone for details.
For items shipped via freight carrier (truck), there may be other charges incurred (such as lift gate charges), other than freight, which are to be paid by the customer.
Options such as Next Day and 2nd Day Air are available on selected items upon check-out at an additional cost. Because expedited delivery service involves air transport, some items cannot be shipped via these options. Please read our General Shipping Policy regarding very large and heavy items.
We have no control over the manufacturer lead time (time prior to shipment) and do not guarantee nor promise delivery dates. Therefore, we request that our customers plan ahead and place timely orders that allow for both in-house and the transit time. Lead times that are stated on the product pages merely represent the average time frame at which the manufacturer can usually ship their product and are not to be taken as a guarantee. Instead, they should be used as a rough guideline for estimating the lead times. You will be notified if there are significant delays in lead time.
If a shipment is returned due to the delivered inability to deliver, for reasons including but not limited to:
1) Customer not being available to sign for the delivery where a shipment is sent with a signature requirement. This covers order over $100;
2) Inability to deliver due to a bad or incorrect address;
the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including the cost to re-deliver the order.
